Swimbo House is a family of 4 exceptional properties; Kabi House, Kabi Apartment, Kuzi Cottage & Swimbo House. Based 100m from the stunning turquoise clear waters of Turtle Bay, Watamu Beach, Kenya. There is private access to the beach, or along the adjoining road to the right, if you prefer.

All properties are self-catering, with the choice of a restaurant quality personal chef, at a very affordable rate.

Watamu has several beaches that are world class, with dive centres and water-sports available, just a short walk away (Turtle Bay Dive Centre, just next door).  Courses are available, best in class diving with over 400 species of fish, reef sharks, turtles, and maybe the occasional Whale shark.

At the beach you are also able to book some trips, such as glass bottom boat- for superb snorkelling outings. In the right seasons, dolphins, whales and turtles can be seen, on a once in a lifetime excursion.

Nearby to some lovely restaurants, local traders for homemade souvenirs, and local Kenyan food.

Watamu is a wonderful location, with easy to get around transport, from taxi’s, local tuk tuks, motorbikes (boda boda) where the locals are friendly– ask our staff for contact details, or walk to the end of the road by Turtle Bay Villas.

Bustling Mombasa  is only one hour away, for fantastic local produce,  handcrafted goods, specially designed fashion,  and historical sights.
